Online Store Policy




All items sold will be for exchange only. We are happy to exchange any purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, within 5 business days of delivered shipment. Exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

All exchanges are subject to availability as many items are one of a kind.

We accept Paypal (which accepts all major credit cards). Payment is due at the time of order.

// Shipping //

Please allow 5-7 business days for shipment. All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation. 1-3 days on average for delivery. All International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail, which includes tracking number and 7-14 days in transit. Duty/Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not refund for lost packages. If you would like to purchase insurance, please email little JOYCE at: [email protected] We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address. All packages are sent with signature required and tracking numbers will be provided. Once your item(s) has been shipped you will receive an email containing tracking number for shipment. Customer is responsible for any additional charges on rejected packages.
